Dossier orders. When you order a Midnight Trinity Dossier or Midnight Compatibility Dossier, we collect your full name, email address, and birth data (birth date, birth time, birth place). Birth data is stored encrypted at rest and is used solely to calculate your astrological, Bazi, and numerology charts.
Payment. Payments are processed by PayMongo. We do not receive or store your full card or payment account details; PayMongo handles that directly under its own privacy policy.
Order and delivery records. We retain your order ID, order status, and the fact that a Dossier was delivered, to support customer service and the returning-customer upsell pricing (for example, the Compatibility Dossier's reduced price for existing Trinity Dossier customers).
2. How We Use Information
We use the information above to:
Calculate and deliver your Dossier
Process payment and prevent fraud
Apply returning-customer pricing where applicable
Respond to support requests
Send the one-time delivery email for your order (we do not add you to a recurring marketing list from a Dossier purchase alone)
3. Third Parties We Share Data With
PayMongo — payment processing
Resend — transactional email delivery (sends your Dossier PDF)
Vercel — application hosting and infrastructure
We do not sell your personal information.
4. Data Retention
Birth data and order records are retained for as long as your account or order history is active, primarily to support the returning-customer upsell pricing between the Trinity and Compatibility Dossiers.
5. Your Rights
You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate information, or request deletion of your data, subject to what we need to retain for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes. To make a request, contact [EMAIL].

The Services are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
